Our team has over 13 years of experience personally fitting swimwear to thousands of women.

All of our swimwear, resortwear and accessories have size ranges and descriptions detailed on their respective product and brand pages.

At Larx, we stock sizes from AU 6-24 and A-G bust size. Note that most brands have standard Australian women's sizing.

Aside from abiding by the fabric and washing instructions on the inside tag of your swimsuit, it's always best to rinse swimwear after being in water so that salts, chlorine or other nasties in the water don't fade, deshape, or degrade the fabric.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we offer free shipping locally in Australia for all orders over $100.

There is a $15 standard postage and handling fee for all Australian orders with a total less than $100, and $20 for express post.

All Australian orders over $100 have free shipping.

International shipping rates vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

We use Australia Post services to send all of our orders, both domestic and international.

You can track your order's delivery with the tracking code provided in your purchase confirmation email via the Australia Post e-parcel tracking service

Domestic standard shipping within Australia can take between 2-5 business days after purchase. In rural areas, delivery may take longer but should not exceed 8-10 business days.

Express shipping in Australia can take 1-4 business days.

International shipping could take up to 14 business days, or as stated at checkout. Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times may be longer than usual.

During busy periods and sales, there may be delays in the dispatch of your order.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe. However, shipping to the USA is currently suspended.

Free shipping over $100 is not applicable for international orders. Shipping rates could vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout. All items are shipped from our store in Australia.

International customers are responsible for customs and duties within their own country. Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

We deliver to all areas in Australia and also ship to most locations internationally. However, shipping to the USA is currently suspended.

Returns & Refunds

We aim to provide every Larx customer with products of the highest standard and quality.

If you received the wrong product, style or size, please contact us and provide details of your order number and information about the product you received incorrectly.

Once we receive your request, we will ensure you receive your original order or are given a full refund or store credit.

For faulty items, please email us your order number, a description of the issue and a photo of the product fault to fast-track the process.

Once we receive your request, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

For change of mind purchases, we offer refunds on full price sales only when products are returned in new and unused condition within 30 days post-purchase. Full refunds or store credit will be issued to the value of the product being returned.

If your return is eligible for a refund, you will be refunded to your original payment method, less any shipping fees. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for this amount to appear in your account.

All sale items, gift cards, opened sunscreen products and earring purchases (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty) are final and not eligible for refunds or returns.

Full-priced unused products with all tags and swimwear hygiene stickers can be returned up to 30 days after purchase, in person or via post.

To initiate a return, contact us via email, phone or via the contact form online. Please detail your order number and if you would like a refund, exchange or store credit.

Expenses associated with postage for returns are at the cost of the customer and will not be refunded by Larx.

Yes, you can exchange your purchase for another item in stock at Larx.

A product with the same value as your purchase can be directly exchanged. If the product you wish to exchange is of higher value than your original purchase, you will be issued a store credit for the original value.

All shipping costs and expenses associated with postage for returns are at the cost of the customer.

As soon as we receive your return at our retail store, our Larx team will email you a confirmation.
